Himmaleh will also be introducing their other signature drinks – Jin Jiji India Dry Gin, Darjeeling Gin and Bandarful Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, all of which showcase the unique terroir and flavours of Uttarakhand.
Helming the bar takeover on behalf of Himmaleh Spirits is Siddhant Hule, a passionate mixologist with a special fondness for tequila and gin. Siddhant frequently creates fresh and inventive tequila and gin-based cocktail recipes; and will showcase signature cocktails such as the ‘Mountain Temperature’ and ‘The Pahadi Highball’.

The gastronomic highlight of this adventure is the work of Chef Mohan Bisht, a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience. Championing the food of the region has long been a passion for Chef Mohan, who hails from Kumaon.

Yauatcha Celebrates The Dragon Boat Festival with a Tequila Garden

Yauatcha, the Cantonese dim sum teahouse, is celebrating the traditional Chinese holiday, the Dragon Boat Festival. In honour of the festival, Yauatcha presents a limited-edition menu featuring a delightful array of Chinese delicacies paired with eclectic Tequila cocktails. The Dragon Boat Festival, or Duanwu Festival, commemorates the life of scholar Qu Yuan and is marked by dragon boat races, hanging calamus and mugwort, and enjoying Zongzi, a pyramid-shaped sticky rice dish wrapped in lotus leaves. The mixologists at Yauatcha have crafted bold, innovative tipples with botanical nuances, sweet indulgences, citrus aromas, and spicy hints, offering a sensorial journey that complements the festivities.
The special menu at Yauatcha pays homage to these festivities, offering a symphony of textures and flavours through widespread Cantonese delicacies like the Mock meat and mushroom zongzi dumpling, offering a delightful blend of white and straw mushrooms with fresh asparagus. Experience luxury with the Black truffle zongzi dumpling, featuring decadent black truffle alongside porcini and shimeji mushrooms, accented with crisp sugar snaps. The Prawn and water chestnut zongzi dumpling, features succulent prawns, crunchy water chestnuts, snow peas and shimeji mushrooms.
Complementing these culinary delights are the unique Tequila-based cocktails, each crafted with a fusion of Asian and Mexican flavours like wasabi, ghost pepper, lime, agave and yuzu.
